Physical education is an integral part of the curriculum at CCS because we believe in training the spirit, mind, and body. Physical Education develops fitness and an overall sense of physical well-being. It also helps develop the skills necessary to participate in organized sports like basketball, soccer, swimming, volleyball, and more. Students also learn how to be gracious in both victory and defeat.
